Koenen's
Panorama is a private ranch home on the Green Bay shorefront,
at waters edge. It has an accessible round stone beach. It is one of the
most private quiet places in Door County.
Convenience
10 minutes to shopping, restaurants, church, sand beach, golf, and tennis.
20 minutes to Peninsula Players Theatre. Spectacular view of the Green
Bay shoreline.
Photographers
Paradise Incomparable sunsets, quiet, rural surroundings. Bring
your camera and binoculars.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Guest bedroom has 2 single beds.
New mattresses and box springs, ceiling fans in both rooms.
Bathroom
is all tile with a shower-tub combination.
Kitchen
is complete with range, refrigerator, double-drain sink, microwave, radio/cassette,
eating area overlooking the water. Cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils,
small appliances.
Living
Room has 2 chairs and a queen size hide-a-bed sofa, desk, bookshelf,
satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, phone, and ceiling fan. Two sliding glass doors
open onto a well-furnished deck overlooking the water, and a picture window
provides a fantastic shoreline view.
Overall
The home is nicely decorated, has central heat
and air conditioning, super clean.
Bedrooms, living room, hallway are carpeted. There are plenty of pillows,
blankets, sheets and towels. Outside, the park-like setting features a
picnic table, Weber grill, and a bonfire circle on the beach. Caretaker
and owner nearby. Wifi available. Sorry, no pets.
The Panorama is a registered Wisconsin accommodation, in business for
many years. It is a smoke free environment.
